In compliance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (from now GDPR), ASSOCIACIÓ GERMANDAT DE EN PAU PI) informs the interested parties (from now on 'members') how their personal data will be processed.

Purpose and legitimation of the treatment.
The Association will use the data provided by the member for the following purposes:
- Organize the activities where I participate.
- Respond to applications for membership of the Association
The member will have to accept the present privacy policy to be able to be part of the Association and participate in the activities that are organized.
The acceptance will be produced by the signature of the anexo acceptance document. Likewise, the present privacy policy is made available to the Member, so that consent is free, specific, informed and unequivocal.
In the event that the member does not provide the ASSOCIATION with their data, or does so in an erroneous or incomplete way, it will not be possible to adhere.
Data categories that are processed
The Association treats the following categories of data:
- Identification data: name, surname(s), postal address, electronic address and telephone number.
As is understandable, this classification is an approximation and may not be exhaustive.
Recipient of the data
The data will not be communicated to any third party except in cases:
- Legal obligation.
- Express mission. The member expressly authorizes the Association to transfer their data to a third party.
The Association may access or transmit the personal data provided by the member to third parties providing services with which it has signed data processing commission agreements, and which only access this information to provide a service in favour and on the account of the person in charge.
Duration of data processing
The data with the fine exposé in paragraph 3. Purpose and legitimation of the treatment will be preserved while the relationship of partners is maintained, except for the legal conservation periods.
Minors of age.
It is necessary that the legal guardians of minors authorize the processing of data of minors under 18 years of age.
Rights of the interested parties.
The member will be able to exercise the following rights in relation to their data:
- Access.
The member will have the right to obtain confirmation from the ASSOCIATION of whether or not their personal data is being processed, as well as access to them.
- Rectification.
The member will have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data that they know. You will also have the right to have your personal data completed, in case they are incomplete.
- Supression.
The Member shall have the right to obtain the suppression of personal data, provided that these are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained.
- Opposition.
The Member shall have the right to oppose the processing of data, provided that any of the reasons of Art.21 of the RGDP are given.
- Limitation.
The Member shall have the right to obtain from the Association the limitation of the processing of data when the conditions established in Art.18 GDPR are met.
- Portability.
The member has the right to receive the personal data that he has provided to the Association, in a structured format, of common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit them to another person responsible for the treatment when the requirements of Art.20 RGPD are met.
Tutela of rights
The Association informs the member that it will be able to exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data and opposition and limitation to its treatment, as well as not being the subject of decisions based solely on the automated processing of their data when it proceeds, which is granted by the legislation.
The Association informs the member that these rights have the following characteristics:
- The exercise of their rights is free, except for requests manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., Repetitive character), in this case the Association may charge a canon proportional to the administrative costs incurred or refuse to act.
- You can exercise your rights directly or through your legal or voluntary representative.
- The request must be answered by the Association within one month, although, if the complexity and number of requests are taken into account, the deadline can be extended by another two months.
- If the Association does not follow up on the request, it will inform you, much later in a month, of the reasons for the non-action and the possibility of claiming before a Control Authority.
- The member has the right to revoke the consent initially provided, and to file claims of rights against the competent control authority, as well as the right to effective judicial protection.
In order to exercise its rights, the Association makes available the following means:
- By written and signed request addressed to the Association in Plaza de la Ereta, 12 25002 (Lleida).
- Scanned and signed written to the email address germandatpaupi.gmail.com indicating in the matter LOPD Rights Management.
In both cases, you will have to prove your identity by accompanying photocopy or, if you are registered, copy scanned, of your ID or equivalent document to be able to verify that we only give answer to the interested party or his legal representative, having to provide in this case document accrediting the representation.
Likewise, and especially if you consider that you have not obtained full satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, we inform you that you can file a claim before the national control authority by contacting these effects at the Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
At the ASOCIACIÓN we are committed to protecting your personal information. We use measures, controls and procedures of a physical, organizational and technical nature, reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and guaranteeing its privacy.
In addition, all personnel with access to personal data have been trained and have knowledge of their obligations in relation to the processing of their personal data.
All these security measures are periodically reviewed to guarantee their compliance and effectiveness.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed and there is no security system that is impenetrable so that, in the case of any information subject to treatment and under our control is compromised as a consequence of a security breach, we take the appropriate measures to investigate the incident, notify the Control Authority and, if applicable, those members who may have been affected so that they take the appropriate measures.
